All goods will be delivered within 14 days unless otherwise advised.There's a charge of £5 for handling and postage

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We check everything before we send it to you and do our very best to ensure that all our products are in perfect conditions.However,should you receive something that is damaged,we will give you a refund or a credit note.Postage costs will be refunded if goods are faulty .Should you receive damaged goods, then please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by e-mail We would suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours from the order, after that, we are afraid, we are not able to accept cancellations. Many of our products are made to order, therefore we cannot offer longer cancellation terms.
